Ron

President & CEO

Ron has a BS in Computer Science, an MBA, and a Masters in Project Management. His technical certifications are too many to count over 30+ years, but they include MCSE, CSSA, A+, Network+, CWP, CNS, and many more. He’s definitely in his element here at PCS.

Ron enjoys keeping busy. Whether it is throwing axes, doing triathlons (100 and counting), cycling, swimming competitively, flying airplanes, helping the Boy Scouts build leaders of tomorrow, traveling the world, or eating weird foods. He’s a voracious learner with the personal credo of "Never Stop Learning." He enjoys looking into his crystal ball for clients to help them grow their businesses.

Mike

Senior Account Executive

Mike has a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration (and he was also a graduate class speaker). He works hard to oversee the sales of products and services to small and medium sized businesses.

Besides hard work and dedication to PCS International for the past 16 years, Mike also works hard and is dedicated to 12" Tournament Softball, where his team competed against 43 others in the "World Masters Tournament 2018” in Las Vegas, and won the championship (you should get a look at his ring).

His love and passion competing in "Texas NL Holdem" earned him a trip to the WSOP (World Series Of Poker) 2016 to take on the best players in the world. His classic car and motorcycle collection allows him to unwind from the ball fields and poker tables to the outdoors for a car show or a sunny day cruise.

Amanda

Director of Administration

Amanda has a BA in Communications and continued education course work in Corporate Training and Development, Teambuilding, and Leadership Development. Amanda works closely with her team to ensure client satisfaction by pursuing effective vendor partnerships and maintaining high levels of company productivity.

Amanda loves to tour wineries for the "educational" benefits. She runs half and full marathons for "fun," is always up for a game of Catch Phrase, and can take on anyone in a "talk-a-thon" – if there were such a thing.

Her parents once couldn't wait for Amanda to start talking. Once she did, they knew they’d never have peace and quiet again. Her love of gab led her to get a degree in communications back in the day, but nowadays she can mostly be found talking gibberish to her sure-to-be-a-heartbreaker baby boy or explaining why slippers are not interchangeable with rain boots to her daughter.

Scott

Director, Consulting Services

Scott has a B.S. in Education, which gave him the skills to transition from the classroom to the "real world". He started as a trainer of proprietary computer software and products, to technical support in various industries and markets, to supervisory roles and now to management.

His various technical and sales certifications help him appreciate the "big picture” relationships and between sales, admin and technical groups.

Scott has his hands full managing a group of fiercely independent consultants who must also work together for the common goal of bettering PCS clients. He also brews beer in his spare time, runs in Tough Mudders and 5Ks throughout the year, and serves churches throughout the Northwoods of Wisconsin by preaching when needed.

Sudesh

Account Executive

Sudesh has a Doctorate Degree in Materials Science & Engineering from the University of Virginia, and a Masters of Science Degree in Metallurgical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin. He has over 25 publications in refereed journals and in industry conferences.

Sudesh is a highly experienced Sales and Teaching Professional with 20+ years technical support, R&D and business development experience which includes Cybersecurity: Vulnerability and Risk Assessment, Cybersecurity Awareness Training, Salesforce, digital marketing and e-commerce, manufacturing industry background

Jerry

Cloud Architect

Jerry has an over 25+ years IT support experience. He performs scans of infrastructure and patching vulnerabilities. He encrypts sites, maintains system monitoring, and updates websites with content as needed.

Jerry started out as a baby and has been slowly cultivating mass and knowledge over the past 40+ years. He plays a number of instruments and he’s even a talented singer. He’s been mostly focused on playing slide guitar in a few local bands in Chicago.

Jerry has been involved in theatre both on stage and directing and as a member of Last Minute Improv. He enjoys films, music, poker and vitamins A, C and D, as well as spending time with his wife and daughter in Ohio. When questioned as to the
authenticity of these claims, Jerry declined to comment.

Sara

Office Manager

Sara has a BS and MAS in accounting. She is the point of contact for accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing, purchasing, and other administrative details.

When she’s not at PCS, she’s helping her almost-grown children navigate the world of adulting or hiking in a forest preserve with her husband and temperamental dog. Her favorite place is the beach, where she likes to bury her phone in the sand and relax with the waves lapping at her feet.

Brent

Senior Consultant

Brent has a BA in MIS and certifications including MCSA and MCP. He also has experience in network administration and educational technology. He works with school projects, wireless network design, and general technical work.

In his spare time, Brent enjoys reading almost anything – especially classic mysteries, science fiction, science fact and history. He also enjoys good food, craft beer and visiting with grandchildren. After having moved to Illinois from the mountainous west, he keeps looking for the mountains. He insists they must be hiding somewhere.

Jason

Senior Consultant

Jason has over 12 years of experience working as a consultant in managed service companies. Prior to PCS, he was an operations manager in New York where he was responsible for day-to-day activities of managed service companies. He was also responsible for all projects and acted as the lead tech. Since joining PCS, Jason has worked extensively with hardware and software products, including Cisco, SonicWall, and Windows Server.

Jason has been a musician most of his life. He was signed to a small label and has toured the United States. He also still plays hockey a few times a week, whenever he can.

Philip

Senior Field Consultant

Philip has over 18 years of IT experience, working in small and large companies. He currently holds CompTia Network+ and A+ certifications. His day consists of high level executive support, network engineer work, server & storage support, active directory support, device support, and R&D of various other IT solutions.

Philip is an IT Generalist by day and puts out fires for clients at PCS by night. At night and on weekends Philip enjoys studying and reading about technology. He also enjoys all genres of music, movies, and video games.

Philip likes working out at the gym, doing cardio, weights, and swimming. He also has a passion for pets, home projects, cooking, cleaning, and being an at-home DJ.

Marty

Expense Analysis

Marty is a highly accomplished and proactive CFO, Controller, and Financial Analyst. He’s a Illinois CPA and he also holds a certification as a ProAdvisor for Quickbooks.

Marty is a die-hard sports fan and long-suffering Chicago Bears season ticket holder. He has many passions including travel and music. He’s also a crossword puzzle fanatic.

He’s the father of two grown boys, whom he adores. He was previously CFO of North American Jewelers and Tenex Corporation.

Trooshall

Consultant

Trooshall has over a decade of IT experience, working in small and medium companies. His day consists of help desk, network administration, server & storage support, active directory support, and end user device support for many of our clients include construction, manufacturing, and municipalities.

Erik

Consultant

Erik is a student of Data Science at Purdue University Class of 2022. With a passion for large scale Data Analytics, and Visualization.

In his free time, Erik enjoys practicing his bass, and playing video games to unwind. In his youth, he was highly active in Boy Scouts, and reached the rank of Eagle Scout to solidify his lifelong love of scouting.

Logan

Consultant

Logan is studying Data Science at Purdue University, class of 2025.

In his free time, Logan enjoys playing bass with several local music groups including the Schaumburg Youth Symphony Orchestra and is involved with nearly every musical activity at his school. Logan is also very active in scouting, having achieved the rank of Eagle scout at age 17.

Mark

Senior Field Consultant

With over 20 Years in IT and telecommunications, Mark started off as a union IBEW journeymen in the commercial industrial infrastructure world building large data centers and corporate networks. His frst home computer was a Radio Shack TRS-80A.

After leaving the union he worked in the medical and dental industry building and supporting medical and dental offices and hospitals for over 15 years. Hipaa trained and certified.

Fun Facts: Trained at Le Cordon Bleu as a chef. Was a roadie for the Monsters of Mayhem tour and VH1 Save the Music concerts. Volunteers for USO, Wounded Worriers, Save-a-Pet, and ESSRA. Loves his dogs, food and movies and has more than 4000 movies in his library.

Jeannie

Administrative Assistant

Jeannie has a BS in General Engineering from UIUC. She has extensive experience as a Director of Programs and Administration and came to PCS last April 2021 to help with sales administration and other general admin tasks on a part-time basis.

Jeannie enjoys golf, pickle ball, puppies and volunteering in the local community. She is a mother of four adult children and on the cusp of empty-nesting.

Tom

Senior Field Consultant

Tom has been in the IT support industry as long as personal computers have existed. He has supported servers, workstations, and networks for companies of all sizes. His focus is always on the end user and making the use of IT systems as intuitive and transparent as possible.

The eldest of six siblings, Tom knows how to get things done and how to get someone else to do them. He has an intense love of learning and is always reading something, usually three books at a time: one to improve career knowledge, one to improve overall knowledge and one for fun.

His enjoyment comes from his adult children and six grandchildren. He enjoys bicycling, guitar playing and the various activities he shares with his partner in their community. Tom also maintains that anything he knows about any of the Kardashians has been learned against his will.

Lara

Marketing Specialist

Lara Gamboa has a BS in Accountancy and Culinary Arts.

Lara has been working as a Remote Professional Assistant since 2013 with a vast knowledge of different industries.

Lara is in charge of PCS International's marketing.

Lara devours books for breakfast. Indeed a bookworm with a love for coffee and perfumes.

In her free time, as expected, she devours books, spends time with her little family of humans, cats and dogs.

Andy

Account Executive

Andy has 30+ years of sales and business development experience in the Chicagoland area, where he was born and raised. Exploring IT solutions with his clientele is his passion and he has a tremendous amount of contacts & relationships in the technology field to deliver!

Andy loves to spend time with his family by going on fun weekend trips, watching his daughter compete in volleyball, coaches his son in basketball and rooting for them both in many other sports and hobbies. Loves to play golf and network as well and always lets the client win! A very stout business networker who loves to help broker relationships and always learning more in the ever-changing technology field.

Jay

Technical Dispatch

Jay has almost 10 years of experience working as a Technical Support and Customer Service, he has a B.S in Civil Engineering but chose to pursue working in IT and learning more about being a System Administrator.

On his free time, Jay enjoys playing video games, playing the guitar, traveling to beaches, and hiking mountains. He is always on the look out for learning new things especially regarding his future in IT.

Jessica

Senior Accountan

Jessica has a BS in accounting and BS in business management. She loves to learn about pretty much anything and everything and looks forward to growing more in the field of accounting. She has worked in accounting since 2008 in a variety of industries and has worn many hats in all of her positions including processing payroll and accounts receivable. Her favorite "hat", though, is her catchers helmet :). Jessica played softball for 15 years even through all four years of college. She still loves softball but her knees are mad at her from all those years of being a catcher. Though she doesn't play very much anymore, she loves to watch softball on TV and give the players and coaches some loud, unsolicited pointers. She also helps coach a high school team so they may actually listen to the pointers, but they are teenagers so maybe not.

When she is not working at PCS or coaching, she spends time with her wife (Kathy), cat (Levi), and dog (Skye)! She and her wife like to play board games, cook, and paint. Even though she and her wife pay the rent, everyone knows the cat and dog rule the roost. With all of this going on in her life she still finds time to enthusiastically organize around the house.

Eric

Director of Corporate Development

Eric leads our strategic acquisition efforts. He brings more than 30 years of experience in the technology industry, starting his career with Microsoft. Later, Eric was the founder and CEO of Utopia Systems, a pioneering cloud-hosting service provider. Utopia was acquired by CloudScale365 and after which, Eric served as their Chief Technology Officer. Most recently, Eric was the Chief Technology Officer at a Foundation where he was able to blend his two passions of technology and philanthropy. He has a deep understanding of cloud architecture, networks, and software development, all with a focus on the strategic use of innovative technology to create impact and generate growth for organizations. He is a leader that strives to inspire others to succeed.

Eric enjoys cooking many different types of cuisine, golfing, scuba diving, playing African drums, learning about indigenous cultures, sustainable living and protecting the environment. When he shops at Home Depot, customers think he works there and they always asks him questions. He is also very often mistaken for Mr. Incredible.

Ed

Senior Consultant

IT professional with 30 years of technical and management experience. Expertise includes, desktop support, network, Microsoft server platforms, business systems and management. Experience deploying full IT infrastructure from planning, implementation through ongoing maintenance.

I like to spend my off time with my family sightseeing here in California. I am also an avid saltwater fisher man and enjoy fishing offshore or along the beach every chance I have.

Brendon

Service Manager

Brendon holds a Master's in Computer Science, initially intending to become a programmer. After discovering he enjoyed more social interaction mixed with troubleshooting, he became a tech. He has 18 years of experience in IT and has worked his way up from a level 1 tech to management. During his free time he enjoys researching, tracking and trading crypto currencies as well as hiking. He holds a Brown belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and used to compete in tournaments. He is no longer active competitively but enjoys visiting local gyms to stay involved in the sport.

Armin

Director of Business Development & Integration

As Director of Business Development & Integration, Armin is responsible for account management, sales, and integration activities for our clients and partners. Prior to joining PCS, Armin built and sold an IT services company and later worked as an IT sales coach and consultant. He holds a BS in Business Administration from Saint Louis University and brings extensive consulting experience around Microsoft 365 cloud solutions.

Armin is a native of Louisville, Kentucky and spent several years living and studying in Madrid, Spain. He lives with his wife, two young sons, and Golden Retriever, and outside of work he enjoys alpine skiing, soccer, volleyball, traveling, and Wordle. He's training to become a ski instructor and speaks three languages with the fourth (French) a work in progress.

Vera

Sr Tech + Sales Engineer

Vera is a US Army Veteran with over 20 years experience in Information Technology. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems as well as A+, Network+ and Security+ certifications. Vera is passionate about all things technology and believes in putting the "Help" in Help Desk. Although they did not have friends or family there, in 2010 she and her husband moved to the country of Panama where they opened and operated a computer electronics and repair store for 7 years. This move helped her become rather fluent in Spanish. In addition to English and Spanish, Vera has learned to say "Thank You" in Tagalog, Russian, French, Italian, German, Dutch, Japanese, Korean, Chinese, and Farsi.

Vera's religion is laughter, and she has done standup comedy three times (so far.) In her spare time, she is a diehard foodie who will travel internationally for a good meal. Vera's pastimes are writing, cooking, playing with her two dogs, spending time with family, and experimenting with making sourdough bread from a starter named Ralph. She is also a handywoman who can do pretty much anything around the house and is a formidable billiards player.

Rob

Rob has been in the IT field for 29 years in a number of industries. He started his career in the financial industry and later moved into a consulting role within the education sector. During this time, Rob formed a consulting company with a focus on SMB clients.

Rob enjoys spending time with his family whenever possible. He also enjoys the sport of triathlons, working through puzzles, and learning about real estate.

Nick

Nick graduated with an associate in arts and started working in the medical field. Eventually, he earned his CompTIA A+ certification and began working as a technician to combine both his passions, helping people and working with computers. He is always striving to learn more from others and gain experience and is currently on his way to earn his Network+ certification.

When offline, you can find him at the gym lugging weights, watching or laughing at 80's B-movies, touring distilleries to soak up some history.

Dana

HR Generalist

Dana has a BA in Industrial/Organizational Psychology and a Master's in Human Resource Management, focusing on employee training and organizational development. With over 15 years of experience in the HR field, she has worked with several organizations, from technology start-ups to large Fortune 500 companies.

Dana will likely be found running after her three children in her free time or training for an upcoming half or full marathon. She also shares her love of running with others as a certified running coach and owner of True Potential Running. Whether cheering on the sidelines at her kid's sporting events or spending time with family and friends, Dana is always up for an adventure.

Mike

Mike aka "Mick" has been in the IT field for 8 years and spent a lot of his Youth Playing with and building computers. Prior to PCS/Marcor Mick was obtaining his Associate's Degree in Network Security and Administration. He also worked for another MSP focusing on email migrations.

Outside of work Mick spends most of his time with his family- his Wife, 2 boys and 2 dogs. What little time remains he often spends studying for new technologies or playing video games and also enjoys listening to music.

Michelle

Michelle spent the last 15 years at home with her two wonderful children but returned to work to learn new skills and meet new people.

In her spare time she loves to travel with the family (including Nugget, the family dog) hiking the National Parks. Would love to RV around the USA and see a majority of the National Parks.

William

We can detect taste faster than we can blink.

It takes exactly .0015 seconds to detect taste. This is quicker than a tenth of a second a blink takes to complete. William thinks he can get that down to .0012 seconds.

Tejas

In Oklahoma, it's illegal to take a bite out of another person's hamburger.

We are not sure where Tejas stands on this issue, but we will be protective of our burgers in the meantime.

Cal

Project Manager

Cal has a BS in Computer Science from the University of Oklahoma. While his first job was starting a fix-it shop at 13, Cal moved on to building and managing data centers, then managing international development teams for medical, entertainment and financial industries.

In his spare time he has served on school boards for 20yrs and taught computers to his Boy Scout Explorers, building the leaders and engineers of tomorrow. Eventually took in and adopted some homeless youth getting some lawyers and engineers and many good parents.

HaeSong

Over 10+ years in IT experience Currently holds 13+ different certifications including Microsoft, Datto, Comptia, Kaseya. If he is not working he is currently learning about different technologies currently focused on Azure. Also loves to invest in Crypto currency and stocks.

Fidel

Fidel has about 5 years of I.T support and technical experience. He holds an associates degree in MIS and is currently enrolled to finish his bachelors degree in Cybersecurity. He is currently interested in obtaining his Security+ or AWS certifications. In his free time Fidel likes to travel, make YouTube videos, play basketball, and discover new foods.

Jered

Jered graduated with a bachelors in arts with a video game design major. He worked as a freelance prop artist. He also worked five years as an electrician. He is currently enrolled at North Western University studying cyber security. He is always striving to learn more from others and gain experience. He is currently pursuing certificates for security+ and networkA+.

If he is not working or in school you can find him lifting weights in the gym, playing bass or video games, or reading horror and sci-fi novels.

Vic

Terry

Terry has a BS in Business, majoring in Accounting and is a CPA. After many years honing his financial skills as a practicing CPA and then CFO, he co-founded his own finance company in the heart of the Chicago Loop. A decade or two later, the train commute finally wore him out, so he sold the business and started a new career in strategic advisory working with smaller organizations towards improving profitability and value creation. In the process, he shortened his daily 75-mile round-trip commute to a few feet to his home office at the other end of the house. Lots of finance and operating experience in the technology industry, especially with managed services providers.

He has lived for many years in the northwest suburbs of Chicago and has been active with local community and non-profit organizations. Terry is a boat and golf nut, enjoying being on the water anytime the temperature is above 80 and on the golf course when below 80. In between, he puts in many miles walking the neighborhood with his 90 lb. best buddy, Murphy.

Robyne

Robyne has a BS in Business and Human Resources and has worked in Human Resources since 2004 in a variety of roles including recruiter, career coach, employee relations manager and assistant director. She is the point of contact for recruiting, payroll, benefits and all other things HR.

When not at PCS she is a Realtor in Florida, where she lives. In her free time, she cooks and travels with her husband William, takes her dog Izzy for long walks, paints abstract artworks and plants trees and shrubs in her permaculture food forest.

Tony

Managed Security Service Manager

Tony is a knowledgeable IT consultant with more than twenty years of industry expertise. He began his IT career as a soldier in the U.S. Army, where he served for six years, supporting numerous missions by providing voice and internet services to military and civilian workers. Following his enlistment, he spent 2 years as a contractor supporting the Department of Energy before discovering his passion for working within managed services. Tony has held a variety of positions over his time working in the MSP industry, beginning as a help desk technician, and progressing to project consultant before serving in his current role as a technical manager.

Outside of work Tony enjoys time with family, traveling, dining out, riding his Peloton, and watching his son compete in soccer matches. Tony has recently started experimenting with sports photography and using his drone for aerial photography and videography.

Travis

Jake

Field Technician

Jake is a student at IVCC working on completing his internship here at PCS International. He has many years of customer service in upscale restaurants and loves a fast past work environment and wants to apply those skills to the field of IT.

In his free time Jake enjoys working on cars and going to car shows or racing events. On his days off you'll find him playing disc golf, video games and cooking.

Joseph Velazquez

Joe has been in the IT field for over 20 years servicing several different industries. His passion for IT started when a friend dropped off an old NT 4 server at his house and told him to fix it. Joe has been in the MSP market for 11 plus years and is constantly working hard to deliver the best service possible.

On his free time, he loves to spend time with his family. Joe has a passion for Graphic Arts, all genres of music and riding his motorcycle. He is currently looking into advancing his IT career and becoming and Cyber Security Specialist.

Harold Perkins

Even though Froot Loops are different colors, they all have exactly the same flavor.

Alexis

When Alexis is not attending college classes at Harper or looking after her pup who is too smart for his own good sometimes, she uses her free time to enjoy her creative hobbies.

Alexis loves creative writing, drawing, editing film, and creating animations. She has recently taken up both crocheting and clay modeling as some more hobbies to enjoy. When she isn't in a creative mood, Alexis often analyzes film or takes a nice walk with her dog while listening to music.

David

David has worked as a Bookkeeper for fourteen years in a variety of industries from food service, retail, landscape architecture, and landscape maintenance. Each position has allowed his skills in the field to evolve and adapt along with providing him with a wealth of to draw upon. Excited to jump into an industry he’s unfamiliar with, David is looking forward to the knowledge he will gain working with the financial team at PCS.

When he’s not on the clock, David can be found at home with his wife and two cats planning their next international trip (checked Japan off the list – next up: Italy.)

Eric

Eric Heitkemper is a dedicated professional with a strong background in technology and a passion for delivering exceptional solutions to clients.

With an associate degree in network specialist from WCTC, a bachelor’s and master’s degree from the University of Wisconsin, Milwaukee, Eric brings a comprehensive understanding of business and technology integration. To further enhance his expertise, Eric has obtained industry certifications. He has earned an A+ certification, and EMS Cloud certifications.

In his spare time, Eric enjoys playing music on bassoon with a variety of groups including but not limited to most recently the Lake County Symphony Orchestra, Eastwinds Chamber Ensemble, and the Milwaukee Area Messiah Community Chorus and Orchestra.

Christian

Christian has over 3 years of professional IT experience working various desktop support roles. He graduated from University of Wisconsin - Milwaukee with a Bachelor's in Information Science & Technology. He currently holds the CompTIA Network+ certification and is looking to pursue other certifications. He got into IT because he enjoys technology and helping others.

In his free time, he enjoys many different hobbies such as board games, hiking, disc golf, pickleball, tennis, soccer, video games, watching sports, movies, travel, and cooking. He also loves spending time with family and friends.

Michael

Michael has over 18 years of IT experience working with MSP's all over the country. The IT field was his passion long before it was his profession. With a strong foundational knowledge he provides exceptional support to those in need.

Michael enjoys testing out new technologies in his home lab or relaxing with a good book in his off time. When time permits a primitive camping trip is always welcomed.

Peter

Peter has over 10 years of experience working in IT and Telecommunications. After spending 6 years in the Marine Corps, Peter started working for AT&T work with both home and small businesses. He then transitioned to the MSP field, which allowed him to follow his passions more fully, working on servers and computers.

Beyond his professional pursuits, Peter is a voracious reader with a keen interest in philosophy and theology. In his personal homelab, Peter maintains a private fleet of servers, to stay up to date with the latest software trends and innovations.

Patrick

Patrick graduated from ITT-Tech in 2015 and has worked in a variety MSP roles since. He spent some time at Chevron( Gas and Oil Co) in their Data Center. He got became interested in IT as a kid, building computers. He has various Mitel, Toshiba and Shoretel certifications as well as Sophos and Acronis.

In his free time, Patrick likes to hike, raft, fish, and camp.

Martin

After proudly serving for six years in the US Navy, Martin pursued a passion for technology and earned a Bachelor of Science in Network Management from the Milwaukee School of Engineering. Over the past 33 years, he has immersed himself in the dynamic landscapes of enterprise and SMB environments. His journey began as a dedicated network administrator, and over the years, he transitioned to influential roles within various consulting firms, thriving as a seasoned network engineer. In 2003, Martin took the entrepreneurial leap and founded ISPros Inc., a successful consulting firm specializing in the SMB space.

Beyond the world of networks and servers, Martin finds joy and excitement in the realm of motorsports. He has a deep passion for building and racing vehicles, whether they have two or four wheels. Martin's dedication and skill in the racing scene have earned him an impressive track record, boasting five championships across four different classes with the Sports Car Club of America (SCCA).

He actively engages with the community, sharing his wealth of experience by mentoring aspiring professionals, contributing to the growth of the tech industry, and supporting local initiatives.

Philosophy: With a steadfast commitment to excellence and a passion for both technology and racing, Martin embodies the spirit of continuous growth and achievement. His journey from military service to entrepreneurship and motorsports showcases a life dedicated to pushing boundaries and embracing new challenges.

Mike

With a track record of consistently exceeding quota and being recognized by customers and Senior Leaders, Mike is a Sales and Business Development Executive with 25+ years of experience selling into both SMB and Fortune 500 organizations nationally. Mike has a unique combination of hunter, farmer, and leader skills with a love for healthy competition. With his IBM heritage, Mike takes great pride being professional and taking a moral, legal, and ethical business approach.

When he is not working, he enjoys spending time with his two teenage daughters, drawing, and competing on simulated racing.

Lisa

Lisa has been working within the accounting realm for over 30 years. She earned an associates degree in accounting from Blackhawk Technical College and has since taken on a multitude of various roles in accounting and human resources. She is very enthusiastic about learning as there is always more to learn. “It just never gets boring, and I love what I do.”

When she is not working at PCS, she likes to spend time with her wife doing DYI projects around the house and taking care of their cats, chickens, dog, and an albino leopard gecko they inherited from their grandson. She also loves spending time with her daughter, son in-law, and grandson who live in Arizona.

Mike

Mike has a BS in Electrical Engineering and over 20 years of experience in IT. He started out as a network technician, then took on roles as an engineer and project manager before moving into management. Industries he has supported include energy, banking and education. His passion is using technology to help businesses solve problems and innovate and he is excited to again be doing hands-on tech work. He is a Cisco Certified Network Associate and is pursuing A+ and Network+ certifications.

When not working, Mike runs marathons and races his sailboat with his wife.

Tony

Tony has a B.S. in Criminal Justice from Loyola University Chicago. His IT selling career started in the year 2000 and hasn’t looked back since. His clientele base consists of working in the healthcare, manufacturing, legal, and non-profit verticals. Data center sales and end user computing are his passions.

In his spare time, he’s an avid chess enthusiast, loves to watch movies, and attempting to make gourmet meals at home. Engaged to his girlfriend Lauri, both have a love for Hawaii. Their goal is to have a destination wedding in paradise.
Born and raised on the Northside of Chicago, Chicago is home and loves his Bears, Bulls, and Hawks.

Jan

Jan works on our Project Management team. She has worked in Operations, Accounting, Human Resources, Project Management and Service Delivery in the MSP industry for the past 13 years. She has extensive knowledge and experience managing teams in these various sectors while keeping customer satisfaction a top priority. She started her career in New York City and has run her own business.

Outside of the MSP world, she works in Real Estate and has helped family and friends achieve their home ownership dreams. She comes from a line of amazing cooks and has worked in her family's restaurant kitchen in her spare time dishing up authentic Caribbean foods.
